On Tuesday, May 6 Norway Memorial Library welcomed Russell Libby, Exec. Director of MOFGA to speak about "Our Next Agriculture: Building Deep Connections." His talk was followed by a panel of people involved in different aspects of the local foods network who spoke about their work in making local foods available and calling attention to the benefits of local food to one's health, the local economy, and to the environment. Several farms, farm stands, shops, and service providers shared information with those attending at display tables throughout the library.
